Black Cherry Sauce - Tangy and sweet. Great with vanilla, vanilla bean, chocolate, chocolate/chocolate chip, champagne/white chocolate and cherry almond

Apricot Sauce - Light and fruity. Great with vanilla, vanilla bean and champagne/white chocolate

Chocolate Fudge - As chocolatey gooey as it can get and very sweet. Great with vanilla, vanilla bean, chocolate, chocolate/chocolate chip, mocha, pink champagne and strawberry

Peanut Butter Cream - Once called "life changing" this is the perfect combination of sweet salty and oh so peanutbuttery. Great with vanilla and chocolate

Icing Flavors

All wedding cakes will be covered in Signature Buttercream and fondant. All other cakes will be covered in Special American Buttercream and fondant unless otherwise specified. Other icing options are cream cheese icing or fudge icing.
