Questionnaire: Standard
For a quote or to reserve the date of your event please fill out questionnaire below. Make sure you fill in all manditory fields and double check your email address. Questionnaire will not submit if email address is incorrect.
All cakes will be covered in Signature Buttercream and fondant unless otherwise specified.
Please provide additional photos via email if you would like specific design or recreations of characters or logos.
Once you have filled out the questionnaire and have recieved a quote you can reserve your date with a 50% deposit which is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to date or event.*
